Mutare Diocese assigns Fr. Francis Mudungwe on a mission to Ireland

Mutare Diocese has assigned Fr. Francis Mudungwe on a missionary journey to the Archdiocese of Cashel and Emily in Ireland. Fr. Mudungwe who left the country on 1 November 2022 was the parish priest of Sacred Heart Parish in Mutare. He will be on a mission for five years after which he may be replaced.

Fr. Roy Matyatya has replaced Fr. Mudungwe as the parish priest of the Sacred Heart Parish being assisted by Fr. Tazen Nyanga.

Fr. Mudungwe was accompanied to the airport by the Mutare Diocese Bishop, Paul Horan, Administration Director, Fr. Chidodo, Fr. Roy Matyatya and Fr. Tazen Nyanga.
